About Us (Elena & Jules)
Your Platinum Concierge's Elena & Jules truly love to make people laugh and feel good but most importantly understand the value of companionship. Both have parents that are over 70 of years of age that reside in Independent Living Centers. Unfortunately, there are many different reasons seniors can feel a sense of loneliness and even loss of independence. At times facilities may be short on staff and find it difficult to provide that individual attention and interaction. Family members can also find it difficult to break away from the daily grind of life. So Elena & Jules decided to provide a service that brings personal independence and companionship. Most times more often than not, people believe that isolation is a natural part of aging. This could not be further from the truth. We believe companionship for seniors is so vitally important as it is for anyone at any stage in their life. Companionship promotes better physical and mental health. It is Elena and Jules commitment and core mission to cultivate new friendships. Growing old does not mean being alone. We would be honored to take this journey with you.

I have been traveling on business often these days and am unable to spend much time out with my parents. A friend referred me to this Dynamic Duo. That is exactly what they are. My parents are 77 and 82. They want to travel but have some instabilities. Knowing these ladies are there for them on some overnight trips truly brings me joy.
